Cardio Kick Boxing:
The ever popular Cardio-Kickboxing classes have been developed over the past eleven years to include an entire full body workout, full use of all training equipment, and proper execution of the basic Muay Thai techniques.
You get a full body, high-energy workout of boxing and kickboxing without sparring or body contact. Circuit exercises help to tone legs, arms and abdominal.
Cardio-kickboxing also utilizes proper training techniques of self-defense which build self-confidence and competence to cope with the threat of physical assault.
Children & Youth Muay Thai & Jui-Jitsu Classes
These separate class groups focus on proper technique, proper stretching techniques, respect, discipline and FUN!
These exciting co-ed. classes involve techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, and boxing. Children and youths have the chance to learn self-defense, coordination, fitness and discipline. There is no contact sparring done in the children's classes.
Children lessons include ages 6 to 10
Youth classes include ages 11 to 16
